Electric Fan is proud to be an industry leader for consumer product return policies. Return policies vary from product to product, please read on below for full details. Our goal at Electric- is customer satisfaction and we value every order we receive.
In general, products must be exchanged or returned to Electric Fan within the first 30 days of the purchase date. All products come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty. Product exchanges are free while product returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 15% depending on product condition. All returns must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of purchase for credit.
To return an item: Please first call us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will then walk you through the process of the return. PLEASE do not return an item without an RMA.
Used Items - Just as in any department store, used items cannot be returned
